Barbera 2024

Light to medium-bodied Barbera that is a perfect match to light Mediterranean summertime dishes and or modern Asian fusion. Soft, silky palate with tingling acidity on the finish, perfectly served slightly chilled.
A whole bunch fermented, yielding cranberries and wild raspberries with touches of graphite. A young style but a great, uncomplicated drink, now a style of wine.
