Join us at SIP Wollombi Village for an intimate, relaxed conversation with James Milson (Milson Estate) and winemaker Daniel Binet – followed by a guided tasting where every wine comes with the story behind it.

Daniel Binet of Domaine de Binet. One of the Hunter Valley’s most recognised winemakers, with 20 years of craft behind him and a reputation for making wines that tell a story about the vineyard, the seasons and the people who tend them.
James Milson of Milson Estate. A boutique, family-owned winery in Broke, crafting small-batch, hand-picked wines with precision, intention and a deep connection to place.
