Shiraz 2021

A beautifully balanced Shiraz now entering its prime. The nose shows layered aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and dark cherry, interwoven with subtle spice, earth and a gentle savoury complexity developed with time. The palate is supple and refined, with fine tannins and excellent length.
Dark fruit is complemented by hints of pepper, dried herbs and soft oak integration. Drinking exceptionally well now, with the structure and balance to reward further cellaring.
